Adding HEALING and REGENERATION logic to Godot game

This is a continuation of creating Health System. If you don’t saw previous tutorials from this mini-series check them here.

In this tutorial, we’ll dive into implementing healing and regeneration mechanics in Godot, adding a new layer of gameplay to keep players engaged. We’ll walk through the steps to create a regeneration system that lets your characters recover health over time, as well as on-demand healing abilities triggered by player actions.
